Four Eryri runners took part in the fast and flat Christleton 5km road race near Chester on Friday night.
The race attracted some big names and the race record was broken by BUSA 5000metres champ Johnny Mellor in 14.07, Bangor Uni student Nick Swinburn was back in action after injury running well in 14.58 and finishing 5th.
Eryri finishers were:
Math Roberts 12th, 15.52
Paul Wathan 21st, 2nd U20 male, 16.12
Tony Woodall 54th, 17.39
Gemma Morgans 131st, 2nd U20 female, 21.00
There were 218 finishers.
