W/e 'local' fell running, 24/25 October ...

Sat 24th October, Snowdonia Marathon, pre-entry only, start 10.30 Nant Peris. Men finishing in Llanberis around 1.00pm, women around 1.30pm. Spectators welcome around the course. www.snowdoniamarathon.co.uk

Weekend weather
Saturday: It will be a cloudy day with occasionally heavy rain and widespread hill fog. South to southwest winds will be strong, perhaps gusting to gale force at times, especially over higher peaks and ridges.
Sunday: It will be brighter with sunny spells and scattered showers, perhaps heavy in the west especially. Southwesterly winds will be strong and gust to gale force near showers.
