W/e 'local' fell running, 20/21 February.

Thursday 18th, Night Run, Carneddau, meet at "Rachub swings" SH 623 682 at 6:30pm. Bring a decent torch or headtorch.

Saturday 20th, RAS MOEL Y CI. BS. 11.00 a.m. 5 miles/950 feet. Records: 35.21 L. Taggart 2009; f, 41.38 J. Lee 2009. From Moelyci Environmental Centre, Tregarth, Bangor (GR SH 593 678). Registration from 9.30 a.m. £4, juniors free. Junior race for over 10s. Prizes, Refreshments. No dogs please, sheep and pony land.

Weekend weather
Saturday: Cold and partly cloudy with showers or perhaps longer spells of sleet or snow. A brisk west to southwesterly wind will give a significant wind chill.
Sunday: Staying cold and bright with scattered snow showers and light winds. Freezing fog may affect valleys during the morning.
