TWINNING VISIT TO LANDERNEAU, July 1st to 5th, 2010.
For the past eight years the club has had a twinning exchange with the running club in Landerneau, Brittany. This year they have invited us to take part in a 10 or 20 km race on the Ile de Batz, near Roscoff, on Sunday 4th July. A minibus will be going, probably overnight Thursday and returning Monday. Accommodation is with our friends in the Landerneau club. Could any club members who are interested in going or need further information, please contact Maggie Oliver on 01286 871494 as soon as possible. Arrangements will need to be finalised soon.

Saturday: Some sunshine is likely first thing and may persist all day in the west, but cloud will increase from the east during the morning. This will bring outbreaks of rain or drizzle by evening, although these should be mainly light. Freezing level 1000m.
Sunday: Although probably cloudy during the morning, any remaining rain should have cleared by dawn. Thereafter, it will become brighter through the day with sunny spells developing. Staying dry with moderate northeasterly winds and freezing level around the summits.
