Weekend weather
Saturday: A very windy day with stormy conditions on the higher ground and squally showers or longer spells of rain at times, possibly sleety at times on the highest ground. Some brief sunny intervals are also likely, more so later in the afternoon.
Sunday: A better day with less windy conditions and some bright or sunny intervals at times. A few showers are also likely. Fresh or strong west to southwesterly becoming south to southeasterly winds.
