Bamford Sheep Dog Trials

Less than 48 hrs after crossing the line in Jura, Sarah and I decided to run this short sharp race in the Peak. The course started with a fast flat run out to Ladybower, a sharp climb up Winhill via Parkin Clough then a long descent back to the old railway and back to the carnival ground. Sarah was 2nd woman in around 38 minutes, I was 4th bloke in 33:43. Results to come.
