Tuesday 12 May, 7.15pm, Moel y Gest evening race, Tyddyn Llwyn campsite, Borth y Gest, SH 562 383, EOD £1.50. (Please register at 6.30 if you can).
Always bring: bumbag, map, compass, whistle, wind/waterproof top & trousers, hat & gloves.
