RAS HWYL CWRTNEWYDD, nr Llanybydder, Cwrtnewydd School from 1300hrs. 3000 metres under 16 race and 4 mile senior race. £5 / £7 for seniors, £3 under 16's.

The Big One - 31st Sarn Helen Hill Race, 16.5 miles with 3000ft. A classic mid-Wales race which takes in some lovely scenery and a good mix of fell, trail and road. Exceptional male and female record of 1.34.29 (Alan Cole from 1982 - the longest reigning fell race record still ongoing in Wales and 2.00.18 from 1990 Dawn Kenwright. Also junior race at 1.5 mile and 200ft. All kicks off at 1030 for juniors and 1100 for seniors. Everyone completing full course in under 2 hours receives a 'Jura' style Sarn Helen badge! £10. 01570 434244.
